L39c,VH-NLD, sn 132037, 1981 ,1699 hours TT ,253 hrs since overhaul, was brought from Russia in Jan 2007 and was shipped to Cowra in June 2007. Since then the whole plane has been overhauled with new fuel cells, canopies, modern avionics, parachutes and fully repainted inside and out. The aircraft is owned by Noel Davison who enjoys flying it in southeast Queensland. Would like to lease out to a company who could manage this aircraft and do adventure flying in the future.
