To demonstrate that they are operating legally, every adventure operator must submit an 'exposition' to AWAL, setting out what they have done to ensure their operation will comply with both the Regs and AWAL policies.

It is AWAL's job to assess each adventure operator's exposition, and report the findings to CASA.  (This was a key commitment we gave CASA, at the commencement of self-admin.)

The criteria for the assessment are published here on the web-site for all to view.  I welcome any input that will improve the criteria.
